Severe Weather Could Impact Southern Miss Campuses, Teaching Sites Sunday-Monday (April 30-May 1)

Please be advised that a strong weather system moving through South Mississippi Sunday and into Sunday night has the potential to bring damaging winds and flash flooding to low-lying areas. Poor drainage, ponding and a rise in local rivers and streams could also occur. The system is expected to affect The University of Southern Mississippi's campuses and teaching sites into the early morning hours on Monday, May 1.
